Terms and conditions The tutor can call you directly on a telephone or on the internet. You then need a headset and a webcam so you can listen and also speak as for a videoconference. If you wish to reschedule or cancel a lesson, we ask you to notify us by noon of the previous day (Monday to Friday). If you do not answer when the tutor calls you, the lesson will be charged as normal. The course fee is payable in advance, at the time of registration, by cheque or Paypal which we strongly recommend as it is a safe and easy way to pay by credit card through the internet.
